1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing Wordamo (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all versions of Wordamo, including the web version, Android app, and iOS app.

2. License to Use

WL Trading LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Wordamo for your personal entertainment.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App; use the App for commercial purposes without written permission; or attempt to extract or reverse engineer the App's source code.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

Wordamo offers optional in-app purchases including coin packs, play credits, power-ups, and ad removal. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.

If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us at support@wordamo.com within 48 hours of the transaction. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Digital goods (coins, power-ups, play credits) are delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party app store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) beyond what those platforms' own policies allow.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Wordamo, you agree not to:

  • Cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
  • Use bots, automation tools, or scripts to play the game
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Harass, abuse, or intimidate other players
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or database
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. Leaderboards & Tournaments

Wordamo features leaderboards and periodic tournaments with prizes. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms.

WL Trading LLC reserves the right to:

  • Remove scores or entries that are suspected of cheating or manipulation
  • Disqualify players who violate these Terms
  • Cancel, modify, or postpone any tournament at any time without notice
  • Require eligibility verification before delivering prizes

Tournament prizes are described in the App at the time of the tournament. WL Trading LLC is not responsible for delays in prize delivery caused by third-party services.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Wordamo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WL Trading LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to WL Trading LLC in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD.

WL Trading LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or game progress.

7. Termination

WL Trading LLC may suspend or permanently terminate your access to Wordamo at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the App or its community.

Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wordamo will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws that are not waived by these Terms.
